Returns -

Within three (3) days of receipt or postmark of purchased items, an item may be returned for replacement due to a defect at no charge with proof of purchase. After three days, any item may be returned for a service fee of $10.00 plus tax, with proof of purchase. This warranty is not intended to cover normal wear and tear. A returned piece will be repaired or replaced with a similar item made of similar materials. If materials are no longer available or a simlar item is not available the customer may choose an item of equal value. If an item of greater value is selected, the retail difference, applicable sales tax and postage are required.

Exchanges -

An item may be exchanged within three (3) days of receipt or postmark of purchased items, for any item(s) from the availabe Handmaiden hand made items with proof of purchase. Items must be returned to the Master Jeweler Pamela Johnson, THM, 7010 Lathrop, Kansas City, Ks 66109, within three (3) days of receipt or postmark of purchased items by the customer. If an item of greater value is selected, the difference, applicable sales tax and postage are required.
