This jewelry is hand made and it is customizable. Each unique jewelry piece is one of a kind and made by hand. No mass produced machine made accessories or jewelry on The Handmaiden Jewelry site. If you see a combination of styles that you would like contact me and The Handmaiden will customize it just for you or if you see a bracelet with a certain design that you don't see in a necklace style, the Handmaiden can, design a necklace to match that style, as well as earrings, lapel pins, rings, etc., and vice versa.
Standard sizes range from 7"-8.5" on the bracelets, 14"-20" on the necklaces, 8.5"-12" on the anklets, and 2-15 on the rings. All prices are listed next to each style. For alteration, such as longer lengths for necklaces, wider bands for bracelets, etc., please email The Handmaiden for pricing. The items that are strung are done so with a 7-strand nylon coated steel wire. This wire is resistant to bending and kinking.

To Place an Order/Make a Purchase

The Haidmaiden currently has a "shopping cart" feature on this site Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express or Checks are accepted and you DO NOT have to be a member of PAYPAL to use this option. This feature has been updated so that membership to PAYPAL is only optional. To place an order/make a purchase, without membership to PAYPAL you may select thru the membership option upon checkout, it's just that easy and PAYPAL is the safest and most secure method on the internet. You can also chose to"Pay by Mail" the Pay by Mail option will auto generate an email with the description of the item directly from the site. You may edit this email to include, any additional information such as size, length, etc. and which method of payment you will be using (Check or Money Order), your name and your shipping address. You will receive an email confirmation for receipt of your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Gift Certificates

If you would like to purchase a gift certificate, please use the GIFT CERTIFICATE PAGES as you would for an order. The amounts start at $5, and go up in increments of $5 after $50 the amounts go up in increments of $25. Payment options below apply the same way as they would toward a jewelry purchase. The gift certificate will be sent to you with the amount filled in, and you can fill out the certificate with your preferences.

If you have received a gift certificate, and would like to redeem it towards a jewelry purchase, please mail or email it to the address found on the certificate with the items you would like to order. You must mail the gift certificate to me to redeem it, and when I receive it your order will be shipped.

Payment Methods

Personal checks, cashiers checks, money orders, and Paypal (Cash, check or charge) are all acceptable methods of payment. All personal check orders will be filled upon receipt of bank clearance. A $25.00 processing fee will be charged on each returned check. An interest free payment plan is also available, please Contact The Handmaiden to establish an account.

Shipping Information

The Handmaiden does not charge for shipping. Every item on this site is priced as listed with a flat $4.90 handling fee ($5.90 for remake orders), and no additional shipping charges apply. That's right, FREE SHIPPING! Insurance is available for $1.30 for orders up to $50, upon request . **I will ship outside of the US, and shipping charges will be determined at the time of sale.** (please inquire if over $50 or shipping outside of the US)

Expected shipping times: Your order will ship within 1-3 days after I receive the payment. If you pay through Paypal using an "e-check", shipment will be upon receipt of cleared e-check.
